Creating User-Centered Designs for Smarter Learning Tools

I’m the sole UX/UI designer behind the redesign of both My Kumon Application (MKA) and My Centre Application (MCA). I led the entire design process—from researching real pain points of instructors and students, to crafting better user flows and responsive interfaces that work across devices. I led the full redesign to expand the platform’s accessibility to web browsers on both desktop and mobile, while also solving usability issues in the original version. I worked directly with international stakeholders to define requirements, and collaborated with developers to align designs with technical frameworks and limitations. Along the way, I partnered with BAs, SAs, and QAs to make sure everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.
