Role Specification

Developed a style guide and conducted research by acknowledge current game story and setting to research the UI theme that match the gameplay then create the style guide to keep the whole UI screen consistency.

Created prototype high fidelity iterations, in preparation for polishing.

Illustrated UI art asset to a polished, finished quality.

Optimized UI art asset into sprite atlas, utilizing nine slicing through the sprite editor and importing them into the Unity engine with naming conventions.

Design UI animation for interaction elements, popups and gameplay feedback, employing Unity's timeline and optimizing them through DOTween scriptwriting.

User journey and flow creation
Whenever we get a new feature, we always design a user journey and identify all the components that are essential to display to the user. These are some examples of the features that we have worked on.

Develop from low to high fidelity and finalize art asset
Once we complete the R&D process, we begin to design the layout and improve its quality through testing and prototyping. Finally, we refine it into the final art assets.

Asset optimization and Unity importation
To reduce the size of the finished art asset for the game, we make them smaller and more color flexible. After optimizing the art asset atlas from the finished art asset, we import it into the Unity engine project. Then we use the sprite editor to create nine-sliced assets and place them on the canvas. This makes them adaptable for content editing and responsive for different screen sizes.
